Cameron Stagg is a seasoned mergers and acquisitions (M&A) expert currently serving as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at SEIA, LLC since September 2023. In this role, Cameron drives SEIA’s growth through the strategic sourcing and closing of high-value transactions, facilitating the firm’s expansion into new markets. His responsibilities include managing cross-departmental coordination, ensuring smooth integration of acquired firms, developing strategic M&A plans, and leading a team of business development professionals.
Prior to joining SEIA, Cameron held significant roles at EP Wealth Advisors and Focus Financial Partners in San Francisco. At EP Wealth Advisors, he led the M&A team, successfully sourcing over $1 billion in assets under management (AUM) and closing transactions totaling over $4 billion, which contributed to the firm’s expansion into new regions. His earlier tenure at Focus Financial Partners involved directing business development for the West Region, managing due diligence and deal execution, and overseeing a team across 19 states. Cameron’s career began at ClearPath Capital Partners, where he developed business strategies targeting executives in private tech companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Business Administration at Pepperdine University.
