Hever Castro, CFP®, CRPS®, AWMA®, is an Associate Advisor in SEIA’s Virginia office and works with Tom West in the practice’s Financial Planning and Investment Management services.
In his role, Hever prepares detailed analyses for clients, including research, retirement projections, and risk evaluations in collaboration with advisors. His objective is to deliver high-quality service to clients. Hever previously worked at Cassaday & Company, and Primerica.
Hever graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s in Finance, where he was a founding father of the Phi Delta Theta Virginia Lambda Chapter. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning at Kaplan.
He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification in 2024, after completing the certification education program through the College for Financial Planning®. Hever earned his Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist™ (CRPS®) in 2024 and his Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠ (AWMA®) in 2025 from Kaplan. Hever holds Series 6, Series 7, and Series 63 securities licenses.
Hever lives in Northern Virginia with his family and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever he can, whether hiking, swimming, playing sports, or walking his puppy!
