Matt Outcalt is an Advisor at SEIA and a member of Founding Partner Gary Liska’s team. His areas of focus include tailored growth and income investment strategies, goals-based financial planning, and retirement solutions. Matt began his career in the financial services industry in 2021 and joined SEIA in 2024 from Merrill Lynch.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pepperdine University, where he was a student-athlete on the Men’s Water Polo team. Matt has passed the Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) exam and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. A Los Angeles native, he enjoys skiing, bodysurfing, playing beach volleyball, and exploring new restaurants.
