The Forbes 2026 ranking of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors, developed by SHOOK Research, was awarded in April 2026 and based on an evaluation process conducted by SHOOK Research in partnership with Forbes during the period as of 6/30/24 – 6/30/25. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings. The ranking is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone, virtual, and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data such as revenue trends and assets under management. No fees were paid for consideration or receipt, and clients were not involved in the process.
